Troubleshooting
Common installation issues and their solutions.
Application won't start or shows error
Ensure you have administrator privileges when running VERA.exe. Try running as administrator.
Application crashes on startup
Check GitHub Issues for known bugs. Open a new issue at github.com/Arifmaulanaazis/vera/issues with your error details.
Application is slow or unresponsive
Close other memory-intensive applications. Ensure you have at least 8GB RAM available. Restart your computer if needed.
GPU acceleration not working
Verify NVIDIA drivers and CUDA 12.1+ are installed. Check GPU compatibility with Vina GPU in Help → System Info.
Cannot save files or access directories
Ensure VERA.exe is placed in a directory with write permissions. Try running from C:\VERA\ or similar.
Windows security blocks the executable
Add VERA.exe to Windows Security exclusions. Right-click → Properties → Unblock if available.
